Great hotel in a great location. The hotel was beautiful and really clean. Room was an effective use of space and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Staff was super friendly, cocktails and breakfast was great. The whole lobby area is beautiful and great place to sit and unwind. Location is great and close to a lot of restaurants.

Very beautiful hotel! Super nice, welcoming and accommodating staff. Food and drinks were great, hotel extremely secure (you have to go through two security guards) & super clean! Would definitely stay here the next time I go back to Cartagena!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The level of service truly made me feel at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I was especially impressed by the food — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
