"Trotz der Lage in Augsburg sehr ruhig gelegen. Wald und See unmittelbar hinter dem Haus. Wir haben gerne im Garten gesessen und außer dem Wasserrauschen der Staustufe hört man nichts. In nur 5 Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestelle und kommt mit dem ÖPNV wirklich überall problemlos hin. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub."

"Wir haben das Ferienhaus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München ins Stadio und die Harry Potter Ausstellung, ins Legoland, den Playmobil Funpark sowie in den Zoo Augsburg gebucht. Es ist super für eine 5 Köpfige Familie. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. "Es fällt mir wirklich nicht leicht diese Bewertung abzugeben und es liegt mir fern Vermiter zu diskreditieren. Dennoch muss ich hier ein paar ehrliche und ernste Worte verlieren. Mal zu Beginn. "Close to everything like shopping and restaurants. We really appreciated the air conditioning unit over the front door but it was not on when we checked in and it was 85F that day so room was hot and stuffy. Also, we had a corner bigger room so the one air conditioning unit was not enough to cool the whole room down so only the entrance area stayed cool but not where the beds were. Everything else was good though so would still come back and stay again!"

"Check in was super easy. Front desk staff was delightful. Workout room was very well equipped and very clean room was very clean and big enough for three people with a very modern look and a modern shower. The balcony was a pleasant surprise."
