It offers a total surface area of 42 m², with a 27 m² ground floor and a 15 m² upper floor (floor area: attic).

Shops are 500 m away (Intermarché, Super U, bakery, Intersport, Thiriet, etc.), the town center is 1,500 km away, the ski slopes are 2,500 km away, the lake is 1,800 km away, and the forest is 200 m away. - Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, large frost-free fridge-freezer, electric kettle, filter and SENSEO coffee machine, toaster, raclette set, and various small appliances), living room with Rapido sofa (real mattress) and large screen TV.
