「Lichfield is the perfect location for families who want to spend time at the beach, the pool, and explore PI, MI, Gtown, etc. The check in process was very easy, room was ready on time, etc. The property is in decent shape and is just fine for a beach vacation. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. It wasn't gross, but it had obviously been forgotten. Floor and toilet had not been cleaned after previous guests. 「Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. 「A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. 」

「Resort was awesome. Unit was not very well stocked. No coffee or filters, no regular dish detergent, no dish cloth. Right front burner on stove would not turn on. Not enough baking pans in kitchen. 2nd bath toilet ran off & on all night, shower faucet would not turn off completely. Floor tiles broken beside bath tub in master bath, could be a fall hazard. Loose when stepped upon. 」

「This was an excellent place to stay. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again. 」
