The hospitality was incredible such lovely people and extremely helpful with anything we asked and the breakfast was the tastiest that we have had in a long time. The place its self is situated in a convenient location with the ferry to Liverpool being a 2-3 min walk. There is a news agents over the road and home bargains, again, 2-3 min walk away. 「Excellent property for the price.
The room had everything in it we needed.
All very clean.
Staff lovely, friendly and supper efficient.
Breakfast came as a nice surprise.
Plenty of choice and hot drinks were available 24hrs.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
The only off point is the price of parking.
£24 for 24 hours but they did a deal with a car park a bit further away £18 .

「From the bus stop at Liverpool One, walked 15 mins in a scenic wharf. Room was the top 8th floor and pertfect, enjoyed wonderful river view from a large window. Breakfast didn't include fresh vegetables, but nice English breakfast.

「Most unique location. Lots to do in walking distance. Good restaurants all around. Staff was amazing. I needed to move rooms and they worked it out brilliantly. Breakfast was generous even with peak crowds. 」

「The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.」

「The access to the apartment on check in was very confusing and we had to provide a security deposit outside of Expedia, at a location off-site. Felt very suspicious.
Stovetop electrical did not work with main power switch. All the switches need to be labeled- the fridge was accidentally turned off by someone in my party trying to find light switches. 」

「This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car.
The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen.
