This hotel was in Recoleta which is very safe and within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

Room was nice size, very clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff were very kind and helpful. This was our first time at a boutique hotel and we were not disappointed. The Recoleta area was very safe and easy to get around.

Overall, the stay was decent and the hotel met my basic needs. The property felt safe, and Orocasio was especially kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, my experience at the café was uncomfortable due to one staff member who was unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. I suggest retraining or educating staff that guests pay to stay at hotel and because of this interaction, I likely wouldn’t stay here again, though aside from that issue the hotel itself was fine.
