The Space:
The fully equipped 37 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is both ideal for a family trip and for a group of friends! The spacious living area has a comfortable double sofa bed for sleeping, and the bedroom has a double bed. In addition, the apartment includes a small balcony overlooking the greenery of the garden and the estate. The modern finishes are complemented by useful amenities such as an oven and dishwasher. Great location of the building in close proximity to greenery and the beach. At a distance of 800 meters there is a nature reserve Kępa Redłowska with walking paths and beech forests and designated areas for picnics and barbecues, as well as the beach at Polanka Redłowska. Amazing views can be enjoyed from the Redlowski Cliff, which is 1.3 km from the apartment. The seafront is also home to several taverns with outdoor tables, where they serve delicious fish. The location of the property also provides convenient access to the city center - less than 10 minutes by car. Favorable transport links and well-developed infrastructure allow you to take full advantage of the charms and attractions that Gdynia offers. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous stores and services (1.8 km - shopping mall). Within a radius of 1-2 km you can also find: Witold Gombrowicz City Theater, Experyment Science Center, Polsat Plus Arena Gdynia and many others.
