Remote rustic cabin. Minutes away from beautiful Little River Canyon.

This very remote and private getaway is perfect if you want to unplug and enjoy nature. Stay inside on a cool day and enjoy the wood burning stove, or the outside fire pit for s'mores. Canoe available for a paddle upstream, onsite hiking through private woods, or enjoy all Little River Canyon Preserve has to offer, or join a class at the Jacksonville State Field School. Two upstairs bedrooms with adding bath with private sink in each room. View pond/waterfall from one and mountain view from other. Lounge on back deck enjoying the sound of waterfall or front porch swing overlooking peek a boo mountain view and grounds. Enjoy a board game or watch a movie sitting by the wood burning stove on a cool evening.

Great location

Location was perfect for what we had planned. Quiet and secluded. Fire pit was awesome and owners had plenty of roasting sticks which was great and the kids loved. Literally down the road from the hippie hole at Little River Canyon.

Great location

Just about everything with this cabin was great. The only deterrent was the large quantities of personal effects inside. With all the framed photos of the owners, it felt less like I was getting away and more like I had broken into someone's vacation home. Other than that, the location and atmosphere were perfect.

Get away w/grandkids

Beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grandkids could get outside and play in the yard. We had s'mores every night! Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful time!!

We had a blast this weekend at the cabin! We took several of my 13 year olds friends with us to celebrate her birthday and everyone had so much fun! The cabin was perfect, the fire pit was fun to do hotdogs and Marshmallows, and we got to tube on the river!! Debbie was so helpful and always responded with answers to our questions!! We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely Beautiful!!

Such a nice cabin!

The cabin was very nice and super clean. There was adorable baby frogs in the backyard and near the little pond. The only thing I would say could be different was more comfortable seating on the back porch and more cooling systems. It got a little hot especially upstairs, other then we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and debbie responds quickly and was a great host!
