"It is excellent no complaints what so ever! We had a wonderful stay. So close to everything. We walked back from Old Montreal and it was only a 45 min walk in the evening. A few blocks up is Catherine's Street which makes it so convienient as you can find everything there. We loved it! I would totally recommend it! "

On the way, however, we can see some houseless people on the street. I know this is sadly a natural thing in cities, but want to let other guests know about it. "This place was decent and nice. Clean but not quiet at all because most people are here for conferences and they are hell noisy. Too many kids running around and univ. students. This place is perhaps for family or groups of young students. Those people from different companies were really loud and they were everywhere. The swimming pool and jaccuzi was full most of the time. But the concierge is nice and kind. Fast check in and out, clean rooms and hall way. "

"Very clean property with helpful bilingual staff. I was also surprised by how easy it is to walk to different restaurants and to the super market. Distance to main subway line is also very walkable.
