"Staff were amazing, the restaurant manager, Alfie and Caroline in the restaurant, stand out. But I have to say all the staff in every department couldn’t do enough. The property is amazing with amazing views across a beautiful valley. I had an exceptional breakfast two days running and Sunday lunch all of which were delicious and incredible value. The portions were superb and I was very full after every meal! I was in the Elliot suite which was amazing with lovely extra touches such as a stocked mini bar and hostess trolley with cocktails and all the equipment to make more! The bed was so comfortable and as I said before the views were amazing! I stay in lots of high end hotels and this is right up there with the best in my opinion, I will be back!"

"It was an amazing stay. Really enjoyed staying at Matties Loft. Accommodation included all the facilities you would standardly require and more on a trip and was super clean. Host was really great and friendly, we felt welcomed. Should mention that our dog also really enjoyed the trip also as we took advantage of the lovely countryside walks and beautiful scenery. We would stay again :)"

"Our stay at Josie’s Snug was so perfect and exactly what we were looking for/needed! Adam was really helpful with communicating up to our stay and Jenny could not do enough to make sure our stay was complete when we forgot a few bits! We took the train in and grabbed a taxi up which was no trouble. The additional touches of croissant and jam and bathrobes were very welcomed. The hot tub was incredible. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. And the lake - what can I say? It was the highlight of our trip - pristine water and grounds offering a refreshing swim on warm days. This is just the perfect getaway if you’re looking to switch off from city life. We will definitely be back again."

"Worst experience of my life!! The host was rude and unresponsive!! He never contacted or responded to our emails the entire month before going! We got our reservation cancelled as I was leaving the US on an overnight flight with no place to stay! Would not recommend this property or host!!"

"Very comfortable, well-located apartment on the outskirts of London for our family. The location was perfect for our needs, offering easy train access to London and close motorway access for activities outside the city. The apartment seems new and is easily accessible. It's a short walk from the train station and close to downtown with convenient access to restaurants and shops. Parking was straightforward and manageable. Although the garage is closed from midnight to 7:00 am, it wasn't a problem for us.The host is excellent—very helpful and responsive. They really helped me get through the process on short notice. Answered my questions quickly, and the instructions were clear and accurate."
