「AirCo was good, property is very roomy. The location of the hotel is excellent: next to the square of Cayey, with several restaurants and bars. The staff is excellent, and they will help to improve a stay by listening and acting upon feedback.」

「It was a great stay, clean and fun! The beach/pool chairs need replacing- needed lots of towels layered so you don’t feel the poles of the chair in your back. 」

「The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.」

「From check in to check out, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to give to us. Friendly and so professional! The only thing is, we needed an iron in the room and we didnt have one but that was it. Clean, new, private and very well cooled. Excellent stay!」

「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」

「Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. 」

「ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The dirtiest hotel ive ever been to in my life. We left about 5 minutes after arriving. There was massive roaches everywhere in our room (I have pics) and the place smelled awful and was filthy. They carry smelly garbage cans all around the lobby too. This place needs to be shut down. It is a severe health violation. 」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「When we arrived, we found out through a notice that the hotel had two events scheduled, with music playing until midnight. This happened both nights, which made it very difficult to rest. Also, the rooms face the street, so there was constant noise from trucks, cars, and traffic. The air conditioning was another issue.
