Sweet Tennessee summer vacation!!!

Overall the checking was nice ,the place was huge,The kitchen was open and roomie but the appliances were needing updated there were two of most appliances 1 refrigerator leaked on the floor so we had to put a beach towel under the door there were two hot tubs only 1/2 the jets worked on both ,really not a big deal to us overall the place was great . The kids enjoyed the huge game room. And Especially the wild life (bears would visit daily ) which everyone was excited about.

We had plenty of room for 18 people in this very roomy large house. It is in a good location to Gatlinburg and Dollywood amongst other attractions. The daily bear sightings off of the large back decks were exciting to say the least. We had a great time!

Annual Friends Trip

Our annual friends trip to Gatlinburg had a great time staying at this house. It was close to our planned activities. The large kitchen and dining table area was a major part of reserving this house. Some of the furniture was worn down and used caution when sitting. The games in the house were a great time. We had experienced some close up bear sightings. Overall a great stay!

Great cabin in a great location

The rental process and communication was very smooth from beginning to end. The house was spacious, clean and everything seemed new. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the games. The only suggestion would be to add an extra couch on the main floor off the kitchen for additional seating. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends!

Disappointed

The hot tub never got over 99 degrees, and the second hot tub didn't work at all. There were roaches all over the kitchen. The house wasn't very clean at all. For what we paid, I would've expected more.

Family vacation

We visit multiple times every year, & so far this has been our favorite cabin, we seen bears every day we was here, not just one but multiple! It was the sweetest thing! Cabin was super roomy & we plan to stay again next year. Totally recommend!

Family vaca

House was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Location was also wonderful, not too far from town or attractions. Def will book again.

A “bear-y” good time!!

The property that we stayed at fit the bill perfectly for our family reunion. But new guests should be made aware, though that there is a contingency of bears that prowl the property day and night. These bears walk the property including in the parking lot and will approach your car and attempt to get in your car. One resident below our cabin, left his car doors open (turned out to be the housekeeper) and we watched the bear saunter over and after sniffing around on the cabins front porch, decided to scavenge in their car. He found nothing and left. Most of our guests cars had been bear pawed , but surprisingly weren’t scratched. But they were fun to watch and they really weren’t aggressive so it really wasn’t actually a problem but everywhere you go you see them. We would come back to your cabin again, lots of room, everything worked, the kids had a great time too!!

Family of 17 enjoys getting together

Our family had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed playing all the electronic and table games. Lots to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There is limited play room close to the property.

Basketball Team with Parents

We were in town for a tournament and brought several families with the team. The cabin was perfect for separating the team downstairs and the families upstairs. Everything was clean and we had an awesome time. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family & Friends Getaway

Everything was as described. Centralized location of a well maintained and very clean cabin. No complaints. There were 18 of us and there was more than enough space. I definitely recommend.

Firm Retreat

14 adults - staff and spouses stayed for 4 nights. The layout of the cabin is perfect. The location is fantastic for Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We will definitely return for our next mountain trip.

Perfect Getaway!

Spent the weekend with 25 coworkers- everything went seamless from check-in to check out. The power went out during our stay because of the wind storm, but it was very easy to communicate with the owners regarding the power and other questions, if needed. The cabin had everything you could need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Definitely recommend!

Excellent property

Stairway to Heaven perfectly met our needs for a large, extended family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday party. The house was well appointed and met our expectations in every way. It was particularly nice that the games in the game room were in good condition. The use of the app to share information about the stay was effective and made it easy to pass along information to the rest of our group. Really appreciate all of your efforts!

Perfect for a family outing
