"Our stay was OK. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. Car park price is about the same as other parking in the area. Good transportation links. Tram stop is a short walk. Heating didn’t work. There was a notice in room to say don’t adjust thermostat on radiator as it is controlled from reception. Informed them but radiator still cold. When we came home late our key card would not let us in front entrance. Another couple turned up and their card didn’t work. They said there was..."

"Staff behaved as if guests were an inconvenience. As if they were surprised and rather irritated to be busy/fully booked when a major event was taking place at the NEC nearby. Sauna not working, no towels in the leisure club, staff member on duty in the leisure club very rude - openly slagging guests off. Reception staff made check in unnecessarily complicated and stressful. Breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable, EV charging also seamless. But other than that, really disappointing...."
