「very friendly and helpful」

「King suite was missing clothes hangers, chairs to sit on, luggage rack, shampoo. Staff found some hangers, a partly broken clothes rack and gave us an uncomfortable chair from the breakfast room. Luckily, we had a cushion with us and didn't need shampoo. Staff didn't know how to operate whirlpool bath and failed to have knowledgeable person contact us. A/C heater unit never maintained temp, just kept running. Had to manually shut it down. Other than king size bed there was nothing suite...

「It was a great water park! We loved being close to the waterpark and really enjoyed the hotel.」

「Didn’t use amenities!! The only strange thing was there wasn’t a House Rules book stating how to navigate the house! There wasn’t any firewood for the wood burning fireplace which would have been nice for Christmas Eve, if we needed to get our own, it would’ve been good to know that?! There were not any exit rules as to bedding, garbage, etc!!!!!!! Otherwise no complaints!」

「This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...
