There was no coffee maker in the room. The room was visibly dirty. We were put in a first floor room despite booking a suite with a balcony. I asked about the balcony and the front desk staff said, you have a patio. Didn’t want to make a scene so I didn’t keep asking why I didn’t get a balcony. I know it’s because I used Expedia. This happens nearly every hotel booked on Expedia. The hotel changes the room type to give you their “Expedia” rooms, this is known by staff and people that work in hospitality that these rooms exist. They are typically in bad repair and/or have missing items and are downgraded from what you book and paid for.
