「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Great pizza and fries on Saturday night. Room was fantastic, staff helpful and handy location!」

「Due to an unforeseen incident, I had to check out and leave without being able to use the spa. When I told the hotel that I was unable to use the spa, they kindly refunded the amount. The staff were very friendly and professional during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!」

「A very nice, well-cared for room, in a great location. Such a beautiful region! The hike up to Vezio is well-worth the effort. Oh, and the bar below the hotel is a cheerful spot with good food.」
