「Instructions for picking up the keys were poor. We waited until the featured time of 4pm only to find the office not open. We waited and waited, then discovered the keys were in the locked box which was meant to be used for pick ups after 6pm. No one told us. Appalling. Especially when it's very hard to park a car in Nice. Then the washing machine broke down with our clothes locked inside it for nearly 24hrs. 「This property was great! Stephane was very responsive and quick with any requests, the street was nice and quiet and the location felt safe. The AC was incredible and the bathroom and bedroom was very nice and clean. We didn’t use the TV or kitchen, but it all looked in working order and was as listed.
