"This was our second time at this property and my family of 20 people from 2 years old to 40 loved it! Our weather wasn’t that great. Our beach day got totally washed out with thunder and lightening, but it didn’t mater. We returned back to the Aspin lodge and we all took showers and baths which was amazing that we all had hot water. I love that each bathroom is fully equipped with body wash, shampoo and cream rince. There’s plenty of everything you will need and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked with slow cookers, an instant pot, 2 griddles for breakfast and even two fridges. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and there’s plenty to do. Our family played and played. We had such a great time playing games and renewing our relationships. We all love this house! We love all the beds and especially the bunk room! It was great fun! We have so many treasured memories and have decided this home is going to become our bear lake home. "

"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities. Highly recommend this place for any large group. If we were to do another family reunion in the Bear Lake area we would come back. "

When I requested more I got towelsLeft front burner on stove does not auto light so they brought me a lighterHand can opener was broken. They did bring a new one. Hot pads were terrible. They did bring coupled of new ones Outside not cleaned up. Garbage. Broken chair. Wire. Roofing nails on the driveway. wire in the fire pit Don’t plan on group activities in the yard. Not much of a flat area Top outlet in upstairs bathroom does not work. Blinds on sliding door are brokenThey ask you to take off your shoes in the house but you are going to kill your feet on the broken kitchen floor and deckDeck banister and floor are not stableWAY OVERPRICED FYI for those thinking of staying. It’s an older double wide on a foundation. Needs a lot of maintenance"
