Excellent location, very good breakfast

The location is very nice, just near the historic town of Garda. The rooms and hotel in general were a bit dated. However, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Lovely for a weekend break

Great location. The welcome Prosecco was very welcome. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t cope well with the 37 degree heat. And I wasn’t able to charge phones while out of the room

avevamo bisogno di una camera per una notte di passaggio ed abbiamo scelto senza troppo pensare: meno male che è stata solo una notte! Albergo carino da fuori ma molto male dentro con moquette da pulire e brande pieghevoli in giro per i corridoi. La camera aveva due finestre che si aprivano su una corte interna piena di macchinari (credo del ristorante sottostante) che non potevamo apreire per via del rumore. Aria condizionata senza telecomando, doccia che si intasava. Prezzo: 170€ una notte! Unica nota positiva il personale molto gentile. Passate oltre!

Great Priced Hotel Garda

Only stayed one night , but would have been very happy to stay a week .Check in over the road at the hotel benaco was a very pleasant easy experience , secure free parking 10 mins walk away . Hotel Silvestro was spotlessly clean with big bathroom good shower and comfy bed

Hotel Benaco Beatrice, la ragazza che vi accoglie, è semplicemente fantastica, simpatica, sempre sorridente e molto gentile. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è molto buona. L'hotel è a due passi dal centro, la posizione è molto comoda. Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Vi var en familie med 2 barn og hadde 2 rom. Da vi oppdaget masse insekter i teppet fikk vi i løpet av natten byttet rom men da uten aircondition som ikke virket. Da vi klaget på dette fikk vi en opplevelse jeg aldri har opplevd, en ufordragelig dame som kalte seg manager, dårligste service og behandling jen noen gang har opplevd. Vi fikk kjeft og dette var vanlig der, vi oppførte oss meget dannet

Ohne Auto gut erreichbar

Nach Anreise vom Bahnhof Verona P.N. mit dem Bus 162 kamen wir nach kurzem Fußweg mit unserem Gepäck im Hotel Silvestro an. Nach dem Einchecken im gegenüberliegenden Hotel konnten wir uns mit einem kostenlosen Prosecco auf bequemen Ledersesseln auf der Terrasse akklimatisieren. Die tagsüber viel befahrene Straße ist nachts so ruhig, dass wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig und sauber, W-Lan einwandfrei, drei deutsche Fernsehprogramme und alle Restaurants, Eiscafes und Wanderwege in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die an der Rezeption gemieteten Fahrräder brachten uns sicher zum Mittelaltermarkt nach Lazise und zurück. Das Frühstück ist leider italienisch sparsam, Kaffee gab es nur aus dem Automaten und Schwarztee wurde erst nach zwei Tagen nachgefüllt. Aber sonst waren wir absolut zufrieden.

Had bad experience staying in this hotel. Was staying in lake Garda for a wedding and had almost the whole hotel to my family and friends. Rooms were small and staffs were not friendly and rude. Ventilation in the room were bad and air con does not work. Rooms was so small that I could rarely fit 2 pieces of luggages in. Put a do not disturb sign in the morning and realised there are no staffs cleaning the room after 10:30am and even got given out by the staffs that we had to get out of the rooms earlier?! Breakfast was poor and served bread that were hard like rocks, and ham and cheese that looks like it's been there for ages. The coffee machine was horrible also made cappuccino that tasted weird. When checked out, got charged extra 50 euro on cleaning fee for some small stains that was created from birthday cake. Ridiculous!!! When my friend asked to borrow an umbrella, they had to charge us 8 euro for each umbrella. What kind of hotel is this?!

Överträffar förväntningar

När jag bokade detta hotellet hade jag, trots fina recensioner, inte så höga förväntningar med tanken på antal stjärnor. Väl under mina normala standard men så fel jag hade! Hotellet ligger 1 minuts gång från strandpromenaden. Det är supernära till alla restauranger och stränder. De erbjuder cyklar till uthyrning för endast 10 € per dag/cykel. Parkeringsgaraget är gratis, vilket behövs med tanke på bristen på parkeringar runt garda under högsäsong. Även om det var 800 meters promenade dit var det Inga problem. Rent, snyggt, lugnt och supertrevlig personal.
