This apartment presents a spacious, luminous and airy living-dining room, ideal to watch a film while resting or have lunch all together. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has a long shape with countertops on each side to it is very helpful to prepare your recipes. The bathroom is large and counts with a shower. There are three bedrooms with a closet each one to rest in the apartament. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. There is one fan available, as well as a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This apartment in Playa de Gandía has all services nearby. The village counts with a marvellous fine sandy beach and also a great variety of ways to enjoy culture and nature. For instance, you can make an excursion to Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that nourish the marsh in Gandia. The Nort beach is 3 km long and it offers sun loungers and sunshades rental and a great promenade full of bars and restaurants. The beach of l'Ahuir is much quieter and an important refuge for local plants and animals. The dunes of Gandia can be found there.
