The emblematic residential MANILA is located in the central/north area of Gandia beach, first line with direct access to the beach simply by crossing the Neptuno promenade. High-rise construction with lift, offers two swimming pools surrounded by 1,000 m2 of landscaped areas. One of these is a pool ideal for the little ones. Tennis, padel and street basketball courts. It also has a small park with swings. The apartment includes a covered and numbered parking space.
Apartment on the fifth floor with two terraces. One of them accessible through the main bedroom, and the second accessible through the living room. Both with awning. The main one has an East orientation (facing the sea line) with fabulous views of the beach and also of the pools and their surroundings. It offers a kitchen with exit to gallery-laundry, a spacious living-dining room, two bathrooms (both with bathtub) and four bedrooms. Total five single beds and one double bed. Ceiling fans in all rooms except the single bedroom. Offers WIFI service. Capacity for 7 people.

NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
