Have to back out. and when doing this at night I backed into a black metal stairway that had no safety curb and it blew out my back window and damaged the rear hatch. Had to then drive 3 hours home instead of staying due to safety of my vehicle. "

You could hear every single thing that was going on in the lobby and even below you and above you.. the sheets were inside out. the windows had something sticky on them. the towels smelled like smoke and the homeless issue outside and around is insane.
