「What an amazing place! Incredibly well maintained, very very clean, full stocked with all the little extras. We absolutely loved it. I didnt want to leave. I have ZERO complaints about the room. My only issue was checkin. There was only 1 lady, who didn't seem to know what was going on, and i stood in line for 40 minutes!! But the stay was great, great pool, well landscaped, loved it. But so many people smoking weed was gross. The smell was nasty. But that had nothing to do with our room, just...

「Our family came to Galveston as a Christmas present to the kids instead of doing a bunch of gifts. The Mermaid Lookout more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Great view, clean, spacious and a quick walk to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could need for our stay. We would definitely stay at the Mermaid Lookout again! 10/10 would recommend. 」

Do understand that there is traffic noise from the road in front when sitting on the balcony but it makes for some free entertainment while watching all of the different vehicles and people moving around. Both pools are very nice but we preferred the one located in the back of the West building and during our stay it was not crowded at all.
