「The unit was neat and clean and had a great view of the beach and water. The tower was dated and needed some work. The owners were very poor communicating any questions and were overdue or late in letting us access the condo at the contracted time even after we requested an early check-in. We had to contact VRBO to ask an initial question before booking and had to contact VRBO again to get checked in as there was zero communication from the owner at check-in time. 」

「Just after checking in we experienced multie dead cockroaches in the kitchen and bar area of the unit. We also experienced live roaches throughout our stay. The unit appeared clean but the roaches were alarming and we were afraid of taking them home in our belongings so we left the property and moved to a hotel. There also was only one heated pool and one working hot tub. Elevator near the unit was not working. If these things had been revealed to us when looking to book a property, we would not...
