「Interior and exterior of the property was clean. The room was large and had all the basics you need, including toothbrush and paste. We have stayed a few times in this hotel, and we are already planning our trip for next month. The location is quite and in a nice area.」

「Nice and clean. Newer rooms so everything worked fine. Not high end, but serviceable and good for the price. My only criticism is that the fire alarm went off at 2:30am due to a "sensor malfunction" which woke up the whole hotel. The staff was cool and apologized but it still affected my stay. There was no talk about reimbursing or credit due to the issue, which would have been nice. Otherwise, a decent place.」

「Phone didn't work, no menu for food service, no help with food order, outlets didn't work well, remote to tv didn't work.」

「I stayed at Days Inn Black Bear on 10.26.26. Check in was easy and quick. I'm an older woman that decided to go to TJ Max just after dark. I got lost. I called the front desk at the hotel. The same young woman that had checked me in answer. She gave me great directions on how to get back to the hotel. She was so helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE!」
