「The hotel was clean, and the front staff was helpful, but the hotel is old and not maintained. There was black mold on the ceiling above the beds, and I killed 6 spiders in the room over 2 days. Also, the indoor pool was not heated, so the water temperature was in the lower 60's.」

「We had a wonderful time at the cabin and enjoyed the property. It was very peaceful and allowed us to relax in the evenings after traveling/doing things during the day. While we had a bit of a roadblock trying to check in the first night, Craig was very responsive and extremely helpful. He worked with us to find a solution. Once we arrived at the cabin, we had a great stay.」

「This property was absolutely a mothman cultists dream in such an accessible area of Point Pleasant. I couldn't walk anywhere in the house without giggling in glee over how immaculately they decorated the whole house. I believe by the time I left, I counted 87 mothman decorations throughout the whole place. The house was incredibly cute with a lot of personality. The claw foot tub was delightful and the huge king bed was incredibly comfortable. There were even offered treats that were a godsend...
