"Fridge wasn’t very cold, shower head was not working, door didn’t shut unless you slammed it, tub plug didn’t close and stay shut to take a bath, after fixing the shower head and door , deadbolt didn’t lock. Not the best stay I’ve had, and felt uneasy with my wife not being safe in the room without the door being locked."

"Room was outdated and mattress sunk in and needed replacing. I was woken up at 2am and again at 3am to guests screaming obscenities at each other which made the property feel unsafe. Front desk staff, however, were kind and pleasant."

"Wasn’t bad for what we paid. My only real complaint - two workers knocking on my door before 9am with no explanation. I open the door tell them we are still sleeping, they were rude with no apology. Again some one knocked and was gone by the time I got to the door. Again someone was knocking introducing themselves as housekeeping before 10. CHECK OUT IS 11 When I did check out at 11 I complained and the front desk told me someone checked us out at 6:15 am. Everyone in my room was sound asleep at that time. Clearly an error on their end and front desk was extremely apologetic but nobody likes being woken up before their alarm goes off! "
