「This was a quick stop on a trip north and had pulled in from the highway. The guy who checked me in was really nice and helpful. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. I didn’t stay long, left early the next morning.」

「The hotel is a little old, but it is very clean and pretty for a nice stay! The area around it is wooded and really nice! The staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. I do wish that they had some vegan items on the menu at the restaurant. There was one veggie burger, but it did not specify if it was vegan and the menu was heavily based on animal flesh and meat. Other than that, the day was great and the price was great! I would definitely recommend recommended! 」

But the hotel didn't even apologize.
And of course they didn't refund our money.
