「リニューアルしたばかりで綺麗」

「Clean」

「Staff was extremely kind」

「The staff was great especially considering how busy the weekend was.」

「Pool closed, lobby under construction」

「This hotel is under major renovation. Nothing told us that before making the reservation on Expedia. Upon arrival, we were not able to stay in the room due to dust irritating lung problems. The hotel charged full amount for 2 rooms for 2 day ($2000 on game weekend). We were only refunded 50%. Do not stay at this hotel…」

「Super cute place. Loved it.」

「Wonderful staff and fabulous amenities! Spacious, clean rooms!!」

「Stayed here for over a week. Rayanne and Bryson are the best. They both have excellent customer service skills. One thing I do need to say about my stay there it was ridiculous to pay 3k for a week stay during a game weekend. Customer who stay here need to be asked if they're there for the game or for work. Dont charge them for outrageous rates when there just staying for work reasons. Charge the ones who are there for a game. Breakfast here was great do need to make a different choice in OJ....

「Ended up sleeping in the car because the room was so uncomfortable. Dirty, grimy, unknown red substance splattered on the wall. Even for a low budget motel, you should expect a level of decency that allows you to sleep.」
