Renovated home on a corner lot. You will be close to downtown Stillwater & 3 min drive to Boone Pickens Stadium. Just 12 min walk to OSU. Payne County Expo events close, 3 min drive to Stillwater Medical Ctr. National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Cimarron Valley Railroad Museum and cultural highlights. Karsten Creek Golf Club & Perry Golf Club. Gallagher-Iba Arena 17 min walk. Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, & so much more are with 9-15 min walk. Great location!
The house was so close to the campus that we had no trouble at all, making it to all the events that we were visiting for. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we would definitely come and stay again for future events in Stillwater!

Very cute, clean, well-maintained house in a very quiet neighborhood. We walked from the house to an OSU basketball game and walked to downtown for dinner. Great location! Host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Great for OSU Visit
Kimberly was wonderful and very accommodating when I mixed up the reservation and arrived a day early. Had a wonderful stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the house. Highly recommend!

Not what was expected according to the advertisement?
I’m a frequent renter and my daughter owns a new house that she rents out in Tennessee, my first issue was with the “insurance” that was required or the hold on my credit card. This put the price way above what I would consider anywhere near reasonable for this property after I saw it and where it was located. There were roaches in the kitchen drawer and in the kitchen cabinets on a sticky pad. The bathroom sink and tub barely drained. There was only service for four people- 4 cups , 4 plates silverware for four etc. we had Christmas dinner there and had to go buy things that I expected would be available for cooking such as a potato peeler and masher. Sponge to wash the dishes. Not well equipped for cooking. Only 2 pots. The guest information includes a lot of information about the town but you need to add more information about the house. Information on the Wi-Fi, what you sent me for the password was incorrect but what was in the book was correct. Need to include information on the cable and thermostat. Suggest you get more plates, silverware and cups and please clean out the roach traps. Also, the two drawers that are unusable just need the handles changed out to knobs to be usable. We are responsible & respectful guests and take pride in caring for others property as if it were our own. I was misled by the advertisement for this property and the price paid due to the location and cleanliness. We cleaned the floors and left the items we bought for cleaning.

Move in day at OSU
Property is as advertised! Cute little home with amenities. Was able to play a few card games (provided by owner) while winding down after our first day of partially moving my daughter into her dorm room. Will be looking to book again the next time we have an overnight stay!

Cute remodel in
Property easy to get to and short distance to downtown Stillwater and OSU campus. House and furnishings are very eye appealing. Great job of remodeling. Owner was easy to get in contact with and seemed very pleasant. Will recommend this VRBO to anyone we know that will be visiting Stillwater. And, we will certainly stay here again. Pistols firing!
