"The air conditioning kept giving out and had maintenance come in 3 times.. Nothing worse than having maintenance come in, in a vacation and then never got fixed. It was until I went down stairs to the main office did they decide to change my room. The sink in the new room would take for ever to drain. This place needs an over haul. It's not what it used to be. "

The following day, there was a problem with the floor due to ongoing construction, and we were asked to change rooms, which was inconvenient. Communication with the front desk staff was also challenging, making it difficult to resolve concerns smoothly. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and enjoyable. We also really liked the city—people were very friendly. We would visit Monterrey again, but we are not sure if we would stay at this hotel."
