「Excellentttt customer service; the only bad experience, is that the room does not have air conditioner; we had to open the windows at night, and the environment outside the property was noisy, due to the train, etc.」

「旧市街にある立地抜群のホテルです。飛行機のスケジュールが変更になり、到着が夜12時を過ぎてしまいましたが、予めメールで連絡を取り、ビル入り口の暗証番号や部屋番号を知ることが出来ました。ただ、最終的な部屋番号のメールを受け取ったのが当日で、経由地のミュンヘンだったので、ハラハラしましたが、無事に部屋に入ることが出来ました。その後のスタッフの対応は非常に親切でフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。シャワーのみの部屋でしたが、共有のバスルームがあり、バスタブもありましたので、良かったです。ラウンジには、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーの自販機もありました。また、ビルバオに行くときは泊まりたいと思います。」

「It is a very simple hotel room that I just needed for staying a night. The amenities are very minimum so I suggest to bring your own such as shampoo, soap, etc even thought there are few provided. I was glad that I happened to have it. If you come by yourself staying for the first time, it would be better come back earlier time or take a ride that brings you back directly. 」

「Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. El lugar es ideal para desconectar o mejor aún, para conectar con la naturaleza. Destaco también la comida y sus opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sin olvidarnos de la perrita, un amor.」

「La estancia fue muy buena, todo muy limpio, las zonas comunes son confortables, está un poco alejado y los buses pasan cada hora, zona muy tranquila, en la noche se escuchan los ruidos de las demas habitaciones, esto por si eres de sueño ligero, por lo demas todo estuvo perfecto. 」
