"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. "The room was spotless. Warm water showers!!! Reception desk staff, Carlos, was very friendly and helpful. Explained and helped with booking excursion and getting around the village. The restaurant accross the street had good breakfast and dinner and the bakery, also just accross the street, sold tasty baked goods. Highly recommend this hotel."
