「Beautiful grounds, but at $127 USD per night, the property just wasn't worth the price. For instance, an old bar soap from a previous guest was left in the shower. Pretty beat-up dishware in the kitchenette. And while the room did offer a beautiful mountain view, unfortunately we could also hear road traffic noise from the main road down the hill. 」

La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones. No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente.」

「We appreciated the affordable stay in cabins overlooking the canyon. An easy 90 minute hike along the rim got us to the park with more views. As well, a 5 min walk a paragliding location. For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. 「We got quite surprised with this hotel. First time booking this property and after reading the previous reviews we were in doubt, however our stay was great staff very friendly, rooms very cleaned and comfortable. We ordered room service food and it was great as well. I tried the róbalo endiablado and my wife a chicken salad. They also had a great Chilean wine and prices were very reasonable. We don’t usually write reviews but we feel the previous reviews were unreasonable. We will stay here...
