"DO NOT USE THE HOTEL TOWELS! Was charged $40 for "staining" 2 face cloths with make up. Hotels should be using bleach for their laundering services but obviously not if they are charging for aome make up on face cloths that is made to wash your face. Surprise charge, had to call hotel to inquire. Very sneaky"

"When we checked into the room the mini fridge was full of rotting food. Next morning when gathering our things found someone's shorts balled up under the desk and many dead bugs lining the window sill. Obviously the room had not been properly cleaned. We will not be back."

"Rooms were clean and tidy. Host was helpful and courteous. Unit has plates and cups, cutlery, and essentials required for your stay. The unit is perfect for a small family and pet visiting the toronto area. The backyard allows pets to get out for toilet time, which is helpful. I would return again, and may, in the future. Thanks Vicky."

"We stayed over our Spring (March) Break. Traveling with 2 teenagers, having the extra space in the studio apartment was ideal. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, plus a comfy area to lounge to watch the Oscars. Location was great--short drive to old Downtown and about an hour from Niagara Falls, it was a relaxing sanctuary after we'd seen enough people to last a lifetime."
