「So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues.」

「There are no windows to let in natural light in any room in the hotel. Also the air conditioning is too loud - it will keep you up all night. I cannot speak badly enough about this place. 」

「チェックインの際、フロントに行きましたが、誰もいませんでした。呼ぶための案内があるわけでもなく、10分ぐらい待ちました。 私は初めてこのホテルに行ったのですが、鍵を私に渡すだけで、部屋の位置やエレベーターの場所など全く説明がありませんでした。宿泊した部屋は3回でしたが、団体が宿泊していたのか、エレベーター降りてから部屋に着くまでの間、10人以上と思われるものすごい大きな声が響き渡っていました。 私を不安にさせたのは、鍵が取り外された跡があり、ドアに隙間があったことです。 部屋の窓からは、ホテルの室外機らしきものがたくさん見え、夜中とてもうるさかったです。 チェックアウトで部屋から荷物を持ってエレベーターに向かう際、掃除のカートが廊下のど真ん中に置いてあり、上向きになっていたモップを避けきれず、娘の頭についてしまった。 駐車場が無料なのはありがたかったです。」

「全体的には良かったが部屋の暖房が壊れていて、見てもらいたかったが、翌日と言われ、湯船につかってあったまり 睡眠をとった。寒くなってきた時期だったのでこれがなければ問題なかったが、このために評価を低くせざる負えなかった。」

「We only stayed one night and chose it primarily for the location and reasonable rate. The staff were great. The hotel itself is clean but quite ‘tired.’ The breakfast was quite good.」
