"Es wurden keine Vorab Informationen berücksichtigt.
Obwohl die Reservierung 1 Woche früher als die Anreise erfolgte. Wir hatten z.B.: im Vorfeld darum gebeten / mitgeteilt das wir Allergiebettwäsche wünschen.
Dieser Wunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt und trotz mehreren NACHFRAGEN keine Lösung gefunden, so das wir ohne Bettwäsche schlafen mussten. Dazu kam noch das die Heizung abends immer kälter wurde.
Beim Auschecken kamen nur AUSREDEN und kein wirkliches Interesse. So das wir wohl nicht...
