The surrounding is really nice, very close to the beach but we were utterly disappointed by our stay at the Feriendorf. We had booked an appartment with seaview but when we reached there , we were told that due to some confusion in booking, that apartment is already occupied. We were given a substitute which was just ok. There were many spiders in the rooms. Every time we would come from outside, we first had to kill the spiders.. in washroom, bedroom almost in every corner. Another major disappintment was the WLAN There are very weak internet signals in that area. Even Mobile Network (D1,D2 or O2) does'nt work and the hotel WLAN is just pathetic. You can only access it near the reception. Considering the price, the feriendorf is NOT worth it. Breakfast is good👍 Personal at the reception are very friendly 👍 Beach 👍

Das Feriendorf an sich ist schön angelegt mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, das war sehr positiv. Der Strandzugang war der Hundestrand oder auf der anderen Seite ein sehr kleiner Zugang zur Ostsee, kaum Strand und Blick auf Schilf. Wir waren dann doch lieber in Boltenhagen, wo der Strand sehr schön war. Das anliegende Restaurant war überteuert und das Essen dem Preis nicht gerechtfertigt (braune Salatblätter...), aber die Pommes waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, aber an der Sauberkeit hat es teilweise geharpert. Spinnweben, Flecken auf dem Bett, kaputte Vorhänge, sehr altbacken und lieblos, aber zweckmäßig. Alles in allem werden wir dort nicht nochmal Urlaub machen, da die Vorstellung sehr von Realität abgewichen ist.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir zunächst zufrieden.Wir wurden freundlich empfangen.Das Zimmer machte zunächst einen sauberen Eindruck, war geräumig und hatte einen Balkon.Leider war der Balkon nur mäßig sauber.Der Aschenbecher vom Vorgänger war nur ausgeleert,nicht gereinigt, wir hatten nur 2 Stühle,leider keinen Tisch.Man hätte das Fensterbrett zum abstellen nutzen können,wenn es sauber gewesen wäre.Am Geländer waren auch nach 10 Tagen noch immer die gleichen Spinnweben zu sehen.Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen,dass nur alle 3 Tage das Zimmer gereinigt wird und das war für uns in Ordnung.Am 2.Morgen hatten wir bereits frische Handtücher,am 3.Morgen wieder.Wir waren irritiert,weil sehr oft die Handtücher gewechselt,der Müll entfernt und Toilettenpapier hingelegt wurde,aber das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt.Am 8.Tag sprach ich mit der Dame von der Rezeption und danach wurde das Zimmer zumindest gesaugt.Es wurde kein Staub gewischt und im Bad wurde weder die Toilette, noch die Dusche gereinigt.Das Waschbecken hatte ich selbst schon 2mal gereinigt.Es sollte dringend an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden.Der Duschkopf,sowie der Wasserhahn sollten zeitnah entkalkt werden.Das Essen : das Frühstück war für uns in Ordnung,das wir manchmal auf Geschirr oder Dinge,die noch nicht nachgefüllt waren warten mussten,hat uns nicht gestört und die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und bemüht alles wieder rasch nach zu füllen.Bei den Gerichten am Abend fehlte etwas Kreativität,Kräuter und Würze.

Dålig standard

Det är låg standard på boendet. Vid första anblicken ser det rent och okej ut. Men vi upptäcker snart att det inte finns någon ventilation på toaletten och inget fönster att öppna. Det luktar avlopp och när man skiter luktar det ut i hela lägenheten. Vi fick gå och skita på toaletterna i receptionen istället. Finns ingen ventilation i badrummet och inget att hänga upp våta handdukar och badkläder på. Finns inte köksutrustning tillräckligt för 4 personer trots att det är 4 bäddar i rummet. Det är smutsigt på golvet och mattorna verkar inte ha dammsugits på länge.

Check in & out waren problemlos. Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren im Bungalow 265 der sich auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Hotel befindet. Es gibt einen direkten Weg zum Strand, somit waren wir in 2 Minuten am Wasser. Den Bungalow/Terasse und die Lage an sich fanden wir super, allerdings könnte man das ein oder andere Möbelstück/ Auslegware/ Bettwaren/ Fliegengitter erneuern. Im Bad hat es zu 100% an Stauraum gefehlt. Sauberkeit war okay, aber genauer darf man nicht hinsehen und auch nicht pingelig sein. Wer sich komplett selbt Verpflegt dem wir es an so manchen Utensilien fehlen. Ein Tortenheber ist aber vorhanden ;-) Staubsauger saugte nicht wirklich, der Besen hat es aber auch getan. Die Anlage generell wirkt auf der einen Seite sehr gepflegt und auf der anderen Seite sehr unaufgeräumt.

Wir hatten ein Standartzimmer für 3 Tage es gab ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Küche im Zimmer,diese Zimmer war sehr sauber,Bett bequem und mit guter Matratze und sehr sauberer Bettwäsche bezogen,es gab noch ein zweites kleines Zimmer mit Bett,da ich alleine schlafen wollte,habe ich mein Bett dahin verlegt,leider war dieses Zimmer nicht gereinigt,der ganze Teppich war voll mit hellen Hundehaaren,ich habe den Staubsauger vom Flur genommen,uraltes mega schweres Modell das kaum Saugkraft hatte,damit habe ich einmal durchgesaugt,ich habe dazu noch eine Hundehaare Allergie.Man ist wohl davon ausgegangen daß wir zu zweit dieses Zimmer nicht brauchen und deshalb würde es nicht gereinigt.

Kunne nemt være bedrer!

Fint værelse og kanon seng, badeværelset var ikke helt ren og ikke i den bedste forfatning. Udendørs legeplads trængte seriøst til renovation. Men der var en kanon indendørs legeplads, for de små. Fin fitness rum. Restaurrant priser var i den stive ende, specielt når man har børn med, der ikke spiser meget og det så ikke overvældende ud i forhold til prisen.

Reetdachhaus von außen schön, innen völlig veraltet, Sanitär- Bad gruselig bis unzumutbar, brauchbare Steckdose nur an der Tür, einzig ok, Betten und Wäsche! Lage sehr gut und Personal sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen mit entsprechenden Möbeln. Das war allerdings auch gut auf den Bildern im Internet zu erkennen und für uns in Ordnung. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, dass viele Dinge defekt waren (Air-Hockey, 5 von 6 Waschmaschinen, die Kegelbahnen) und alles sehr lieblos war.

Schön ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sauber. Möbel könnten langsam ausgetauscht werden. Im Zimmer hing ein Stromzähler der nicht gerade leise ist. Nichts für Geräusch empfindliche Menschen. Der Ausblick auf die Ostsee war super. Zum Frühstück mit gut 200 anderen Leuten kam dann das Personal aber an seine Grenzen.
