This residence is a family home in Funtana, just 100 metres from the beach. Restaurants, shops and the marina of Funtana are only a few minutes' walk away. There are a total of 4 newly furnished holiday flats in the house, one for 4 people, two for 2 people and one for 3 people. In the 400 m2 fully fenced garden, guests have a 36 m2 saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a whirlpool, garden furniture for outdoor dining, a covered brick barbecue and a covered bicycle storage area for shared use. The landlord lives on the ground floor of the house and there are several parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The flat for 2 persons is located on the first floor of the house, has a living area of 30 m2 and consists of a living room with kitchen, dining table and access to the balcony with seating and sea view, a bedroom and a shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.

Fijn verblijf gehad

Fijn verblijf gehad. Het is er erg rustig en alles is netjes en schoon. Lekker zwembad en haven en restaurantjes op loopafstand. Met de auto is een bezoek aan Pula, Rovinji en Porec prima te doen.
