「The hotel provided an excellent experience, boasting a prime location and commendable service. The rooms were impeccably maintained. However, the hotel restaurant presented a significant challenge. Despite booking a day in advance for our group of four families, the dining experience was subpar. We encountered a 1.5-hour wait for our food, which was ultimately disappointing in both quality and portion size. Furthermore, the restaurant's policy of offering only one serving of certain menu items...
