• Smoking: Only allowed on the patio (extra cleaning fees of EUR 150 apply for indoor smoking).

• Pool Etiquette:
o No food, drinks, or noisy equipment. Don’t leave trash.
o Shower before entering the pool and leave the area as you found it.
• Trash Disposal:
o Location: Ground floor garbage room by the garage entrance.
o Follow Portuguese recycling guidelines (Yellow: Plastics/Metal, Green: Glass, Blue: Paper, Grey: General waste).
