Funchal Acqua Blue 8E is a modern and charming air-conditioned apartment in a recently built building with high quality standards, located in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and with various local amenities.

The apartment is on the 8th floor of a residential building with a spacious garden, an infinity pool overlooking the sea, a gym, and free private parking.

The apartment is 90 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (150 × 200 cm), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and two balconies: one facing north, with views of the city and the mountains, and one facing west, with a side sea view, where you can enjoy the sunset.

It also includes a refrigerator, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, a heater, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is in Funchal's main tourist district, next to Praia Formosa.

A few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

It is 600 m from the Forum Madeira shopping centre, 750 m from Praia Formosa and 1.7 km from the Lido bathing complex, along the Promenade do Lido.

There are bus stops next to the building and the airport Aerobus stops 100 m from the entrance.

By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The building's pool is not heated, but it is open all year round, except during maintenance.

The apartment is close to a busy street, where there may be traffic noise, especially with the windows open.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
