Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. "The room was so warm I was sweating, couldn’t sleep. Stayed for 8 days and I was speaking to reception and they just kept on telling me that it is centralized. The temperature inside the room was 26.5 C (80 F). If you are thinking of staying in this hotel during this season, think again. They will not accommodate. Sometimes the A/C will start cooling for an hour or two and then stopped. Didn’t happen the last few days… the room felt stuffy and I started getting nausea from the heat. Never staying here again."

"This is the better LOTTE hotel in the city. Central in Hongdae, excellent views. The feel of the hotel is definitely on the younger side, as in it would appeal to a younger audience (millennial or Gen Z. The hotel has good amenities, a restaurant and plentiful public spaces to relax or work. The rooms are small, at least the double we booked was on the smaller size, common for a big city. Generally the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom is small but the shower is large and well appointed. Lots of considered amenities in the room to make the stay comfortable. Overall satisfactory, clean, modern and some thought has gone into what would appeal for the audience they are looking to attract."
