"Upon arrival there was no offer to help with luggage. The gardens were unkempt which was a shame in such a location. Water placed in the fridge would have been welcome on a hot day. The room was standard but we did enjoy the comfort of the mattress and linens. The dinner we had was very good and compliments to the dinner chef. The breakfast the next morning was a DISASTER. Long time waiting, order was wrong, coffee was wrong. My spouse required GF meal and it came not GF. The food clearly had been sitting awhile and barely warm. The waitress acknowledged all the errors and removed the meals from the bill. Won’t be back."
