Located in a friendly and safe community, our house provides privacy and convenience at the street corner.

Within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, you can reach Sidney city center, while the ferry terminal or airport is just a 10-minute drive away.

This house is a single-story building, and your suite is the guest unit of this residence. Your suite features a separate entrance, a dedicated parking spot, side yard, private patio, and a natural gas barbecue grill.

I live in the adjacent unit, side by side with yours, ensuring that there won't be any disturbances between us.

Your suite is furnished with two double-sized beds and a pull-out double-sized sofa bed, equipped with a new 4.5-inch memory foam mattress. The kitchen is equipped with a 30-inch gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a fully automatic washer-dryer combo. The living room is furnished with a 4K smart TV offering popular Canadian channels and premium membership programs from Netflix and TSN. We also provide a baby crib and a highchair for your little one (advanced booking required).

To safeguard your privacy, we have set up a separate network for you. Additionally, your suite is equipped with an emergency evacuation plan, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, as well as smart smoke and flame detectors.
