「Great hotel in the lake side. Since the closest restaurant was about 10 minutes walk, It is difficult in rainy and windy days. If hotel provide even simple menu of dinner, it would be perfect. We saw the group people enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. I did not feel good about it. 」

「I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. This property is a no-thrills, barebones, geared for the younger crowd. The rooms are very plain, no desk, no chairs. Just beds and bathroom. 「From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly & were even given an early checkin. We had a spacious, cosy room with lovely views of the mountains. There was a balcony but we didn’t utilize it as it was snowing & cold during our 2 night stay. The shower gel & hand gel were fragrantly lovely. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The only very minor issue was the lack of a fridge & no kettle, although we were immediately provided with one after we made a request. What is so special...
