「I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. 「So welcomed by our host/manager Natalie. Loved the room with the sun shining in on a cold autumn afternoon. A beautiful clear space with stunning views of the countryside Everything you needed in our kitchen. Hot showers . Warm towel rails. A robe was a beautiful touch. Meeting other guests. Exploring the farm. Finding beautiful places to sit and enjoy the landscape and all the farm animals like chickens, sheep, ducks, geese, dogs. Certainly would recommend to others who would like a farm...

「Perfect, great communication from moment of booking to depature, wonderful attention to detail made a few nights stay at The Dovecote a perfect post Christmas pre New Year tonic. Lovely walks in a calm setting. Very comfortable accomodation, everything we needed and more. Natalie gave us a warm welcome and made sure all was ok, and there at departure to wish us well. Wish we could have stayed longer but now found we will definately revisit when we need our batteries recharged! Lovely welcome...

We highly recommend the Churchill Arms for dinner – only a 5-10 minute walk and our meal was excellent. In all, a wonderful experience – we would definitely stay here again.」

「Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! 」
