Very well located in central tourist area, near all amenities like Roman Bath, Austen sights and restaurants. Clean and bright, we were there with adult kid and pull out bed was perfect. Big enough for all of us to have some privacy.

Well, we got a upgrade on our package, and it was the best time we ever had anywhere in britain. Definitely down for the best experience staying somewhere in britain, we've ever had. The view was easily the best in the city, just fantastic, the room was clean, the facilities were top notch and luxurious. Staff were readily available and easy to reach, it was perfect.

Fantastic location and amenities. My only suggestion would be to take a unit above ground floor if you like natural light as there are only 2 small ground level windows. Otherwise completely spotless and has everything needed with easy access to everything in Bath.

So good! Great location and lovely staff. Room had an amazing view and everything we needed. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs to get to the top floor, but once you are there it’s totally worth it. Incredible view.

Very central apartment and nice inside but not really big enough for 4 people. No storage space for clothes etc and sofa could not accommodate four people. Very limited cooking equipment (only one frying pan - no other pots for cooking). Pictures on booking site misleading- main picture is of hot tub and roof terrace leading me to believe it was shared between guests but in fact was only for guests in penthouse suite. Very noisy during the night with bin collections and glass/bottle collections. Also a lot of talking and noise on streets outside. Carpet in landing was sticky and this was brought into apartment on shoes.

This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. Our biggest concern was the number of floors that we had to climb to get to the penthouse. It would have been good to know just how many steps that we were going to have to climb. Fine for young folks though I'm sure. We did make use of the laundry which was a nice plus.

Excellent accommodation, great central location and super friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again but would definitely need to bring ear plugs as the noise from outside the building due to people/rubbish collectors/seagulls etc did not stop all night!

Great location to Roman Baths

Clean apartment, includes a kitchen, friendly staff were helpful with check in and check out, restaurants within walking distance. Office will hold your luggage for you if you arrive earlier than the room is ready.

Penthouse apartment was delightfully unique and spacious for our family of four. Yes there are a trillion steps to get up to the apartment, oh well, worth it in my opinion.
