This spacious loft directly on Main Street Frisco is the ideal getaway for families or couples. Located above the hustle and bustle, it's in the perfect location for grabbing a quick coffee or breakfast before hitting the trails or slopes. Afterwards, dinner and drinks are just steps away. Enjoy all that Frisco has to offer from this modern mountain condo!
The Space

SLEEPING AREAS:
• Bedroom area with king bed (this bed is made up of two twin mattresses pushed together), dresser and electric fireplace, located on the main floor. *Please note that the bedroom wall shared with the condo's hallway does not go all the way up to the ceiling (see photo in listing).
• Loft area with queen bed, open to the living and kitchen area - a full flight of stairs is required to reach the loft area.
There is a laundry room in the building with coin operated machines. We supply starter pack of quarters.

• This condo is located in a building that is located on Main Street in downtown Frisco
• Easily walkable to all shops and restaurants on Frisco's Main Street
• Take your pick of any of the nearby 4 ski areas that area easily accessible from this location
• In the summer, enjoy the Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon, walkable from the condo and located at the east end of Main Street. Featuring a beach(!), tiki bar and playground. Power boat, paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available here.
• Nearby hiking trails include Peak 1 and Rainbow Lake, starting from the south side of Frisco.
•*This condo is located on the second floor of the building and requires a full flight of stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,000ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
