Cortijo El Niño is an amazing, attractive and spacious 7 bedroom villa, located approximately 4 km north of the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana. The property has seven bedrooms, three with double beds (135 cm), three with queen-size beds (150 cm) and one with four single beds and five bathrooms with capacity for up to 16 guests.

The offer price is for a maximum of 12 people, there is an extra of 15€ per person per night for more that 12 person. Please note that some bedrooms or bathrooms may not be available depending on the capacity of people in the reservation. Please contact us to discuss the various options available.

The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the upper floor has the extra 4 bedrooms.The basement floor has a 4 single beds bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
This is a very spacious and fresh property and although currently does not offer air conditioning, our clients have not felt it was needed.

This really is a beautiful and imposing villa with a large private pool and attractive sun terraces, set in an elevated, rural, but not remote, location with fabulous, panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea and mountains in the distance. A hire car is highly recommended for visitors staying here.

The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:

Outside: Large private swimming pool, balcony with sun beds and patio furniture, large garden area and terrace with sun beds, barbecue, private parking area.

Inside: Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace(pellet fuel), iron, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German, French), safe, cot and high chair.

The swimming pool at this villa is a generous size and measures 10.5 meters x 5.5 meters with a depth of 1.24 metres at the shallow end and 2.56 metres at the deep end.

In the large kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

El entorno, las vistas, la casa... es magnífico

La casa es amplia, cómoda, limpia y completa de detalles. Habitaciones, las camas son muy cómodas para descansar. Cocina bien equipada. Salón amplio para reuniones. El exterior es grande para disfrutar de sus vistas, de la piscina, o sus terrazas. El entorno, si te gusta la naturaleza es muy bonito, para darte un paseo por la sierra. En general todo correcto.

Cotijo El Niño is a lovely house perfect for a big family

We like the house, the terraces the surroundings and the pool very much. The view to the mountains and the sea were beautiful. It’s a nice house for a big family. Nice with a lot of bathrooms. The kitchen contains everything, we were outside most of the time, and the terraces were a perfect place to stay Nice with the playground and the small bike for little children. We had a lovely stay and would like to come again sometime. The surroundings nearby the house seems messy. Building thing, an old chair, and other thing gave a messy impression. Perhaps they could be some were else. The descent to the house with red cones indicating danger if you park in the area, again gave a bad impression. The bikes in the hall, (nice with bikes and a very good deal) perhaps the bikes could be somewhere else when guests arrive The green box by the front door for bottles were full when we came, not a problem for us, we removed our bottles, I think you should move the boxes for garbage, bottles and the shopping cart away from the entrance, then the house will look much more beautiful.

Un fin de semana fantástico.

La verdad es que la estancia en la casa Cortijo El Niño ha sido estupendo. Ya no sólo por las actividades que nosotros llevábamos organizadas sino por la casa en sí. Es amplia, acogedora, limpia, con zona de juegos para los niños,... El trato tanto con la empresa encargada de la gestión como con el propietario han sido excelentes. Desde el primer momento se preocuparon de que no faltase ni un solo detalle, inclusive dejarnos la estufa encendida antes de nuestra llegada para que la casa estuviese caldeada y fuese más confortable. Sin duda alguna, a partir de este momento es nuestro referente en la zona. Repetiremos seguro, ya estamos barajando fechas. Muchas gracias por todo a sido un enorme placer tratar con vosotros.
