This is a great hotel, from the warm and welcome front desk staff, to the generously sized rooms, to the buzzy bar and the excellent onsite restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. This was my third time here and I will definitely stay here again when I am next in Amsterdam.

Breakfast was available with lots of choices. Rating hotel five stars seems a stretch. Main elevator broke down room layout presented tight fit getting out of bed. Facility was clean. Wellness spa was not crowded and seemed clean. Menu could be expanded but food was very good. Location near train station but with luggage more of a taxi ride.

The esthetics of the hotel are fine, the room looked clean, it didn't smell to clean however it looks fine.
